Parent accounts

Your email and password are sent securely through the website server to Supabase authentication. Supabase manages accounts, hashed passwords, email verification and sign-in sessions.

Resend delivers verification and password-reset emails, processing recipient addresses, message content and delivery information. Never send passwords or verification codes to support.

Game data and photos

Guest progress in the three free games is temporary and disappears when the game is reloaded or closed.

Signed-in profiles, progress and photos selected in Memory are stored in the browser on the current device. History and photos do not sync across devices. The current game code does not upload those selected photos to PoPi servers.

Browser storage is not a private vault on a shared device. Use child nicknames and only photos you are entitled to use; avoid sensitive information.

Cookies and technical services

A session cookie supports sign-in. localStorage and IndexedDB hold game data on your device. Signing out does not erase all saved progress.

Hosting, authentication, email and font services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Provider infrastructure may process information outside Vietnam.

Support email addresses and message content are processed through Gmail to receive and respond to requests.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until removed within the game or through browser site-data settings; browsers may also clear it automatically. We cannot restore data stored only on your device.

To request account deletion, email htcongsgn@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject “PoPi Smart Kids data deletion”. Specify whether you want your account deleted or help clearing game progress. Requests are handled manually after email ownership verification.

Deleting an account does not automatically erase data on each device. Clear website data in each browser used. This removes local progress and may sign you out.

Inactive accounts currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Providers apply their own log and backup retention periods; deletion requests do not imply immediate removal of every copy.

Parents and updates

Accounts are for parents or guardians. Children do not need their own email to play. Parents manage child nicknames, photo selection and playtime.
