Report a game or account issue

Include the game name, device, browser and steps leading to the issue. You may attach a screenshot with private information hidden. Do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive child photos.

Request account or data deletion

Email us from your registered address with the subject “PoPi Smart Kids data deletion” and specify what to delete. We will verify account ownership and respond by email. There is currently no automatic account-deletion button.

Browser progress and photos must be cleared on each device through website-data settings. Deleting the server account does not automatically clear local data.

Copyright concerns

Provide the page URL, the material involved, rights-holder information and a way to contact you. Child personal information is not required.
