Terms of use

Free learning through play

The website operates for a nonprofit purpose. Games and account creation are free. Memory, Fishing and Caro do not require a PoPi account; additional games and saved progress require sign-in.

Parents choose appropriate games and encourage breaks. Content supports exploration and learning without guaranteeing particular learning outcomes.

Accounts and appropriate use

Parents or guardians manage accounts and keep passwords and verification codes private. Do not disrupt the service, access accounts without authorization or distribute harmful content.

Content and copyright

Code, images, audio and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Copying, modification and redistribution depend on the license for each component; free play does not itself grant these permissions.

Select only photos or content you are entitled to use. To report a copyright concern, email htcongsgn@gmail.com with the specific page, a description of the material and information supporting your rights for review.

Updates and progress

The website may change or be unavailable during maintenance. Progress currently stays on your device and can be lost when clearing browser data, switching devices or using private browsing.

Contact Popismartkids Admin at htcongsgn@gmail.com for support. Changes to these terms will appear on this page.
